Which path is right for me?
If you want a highly structured, progressive curriculum, choose Lesson Flows. If you prefer to casually practice speaking about random topics that interest you without commitment, choose Drop-In Discussions. If you want to forget you're even studying and just use English naturally while playing video games, choose Guided Gaming!
Do I need to be a premium member to book a session?
No! All of our live sessions are open to the public and can be booked individually. However, Premium Members receive an automatic discount on every live session they book, plus access to our self-study courses.
How long are the sessions?
All sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Depending on your speaking pace and how quickly we complete the lesson material, a typical session lasts anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes.
What software do we use for the call?
We use Google Meet or VooV for all of our 1-on-1 sessions. Once you book your session, you will receive a calendar invitation with a direct link to join the video call. (Note: Guided Gaming sessions offer Discord for voice chat).
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, absolutely. You can reschedule or cancel your session directly through the link in your confirmation email. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can open up that time slot for other students!
